Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Verträge zwischen der OpenBox Berlin GmbH (nachfolgend „Verkäufer") und Verbrauchern oder Unternehmern (nachfolgend „Kunde") über die Lieferung von Waren über unseren Online-Shop.
Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot dar. Mit Absenden der Bestellung gibt der Kunde ein verbindliches Angebot ab. Der Verkäufer bestätigt den Eingang der Bestellung per E-Mail. Der Vertrag kommt mit Versandbestätigung zustande.
Alle Preise verstehen sich inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer von 19 %, die auf der Rechnung separat ausgewiesen wird. Akzeptierte Zahlungsmethoden: Kreditkarte, Apple Pay, Google Pay und Klarna. Die Zahlung wird unmittelbar bei Bestellabschluss eingezogen.
Der Versand erfolgt per DHL. Innerhalb Deutschlands beträgt die Lieferzeit 1–3 Werktage nach Zahlungseingang. Für andere EU-Länder beträgt die Lieferzeit 2–5 Werktage. Der Versand ist kostenlos. Bestellungen werden innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Zahlungseingang bearbeitet.
Open Box bezeichnet Apple-Geräte aus zertifizierten Logistikbeständen mit außen beschädigter Originalverpackung. Das Gerät selbst ist technisch einwandfrei, wie neu und wurde nie aktiviert. Jede Einheit wird individuell geprüft und mit ihrer eindeutigen IMEI-Nummer dokumentiert.
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung Eigentum des Verkäufers.
Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts.
Estas Condições Gerais de Venda aplicam-se a todos os contratos celebrados entre a OpenBox Berlin GmbH (doravante "Vendedor") e consumidores ou empresas (doravante "Cliente") para a entrega de produtos através da nossa loja online.
A apresentação dos produtos na loja online não constitui uma oferta juridicamente vinculativa. Ao submeter a encomenda, o Cliente apresenta uma proposta vinculativa. O Vendedor confirma a receção da encomenda por e-mail. O contrato é celebrado com a confirmação de envio.
Todos os preços incluem IVA de 19%, discriminado na fatura. Métodos de pagamento aceites: cartão de crédito, Apple Pay, Google Pay e Klarna. O pagamento é processado no momento da conclusão da encomenda.
O envio é realizado via DHL. Em Portugal e Alemanha, o prazo de entrega é de 1–3 dias úteis após a receção do pagamento. Para outros países da UE, o prazo é de 2–5 dias úteis. O envio é gratuito. As encomendas são processadas no prazo de 24 horas após a receção do pagamento.
Open Box designa dispositivos Apple provenientes de stocks logísticos certificados, com a embalagem original exteriormente danificada. O próprio dispositivo está em perfeito estado técnico, como novo e nunca foi ativado. Cada unidade é testada individualmente e documentada com o respetivo número IMEI.
Os produtos permanecem propriedade do Vendedor até ao pagamento integral.
Aplica-se a lei alemã, com exclusão da Convenção das Nações Unidas sobre a Venda Internacional de Mercadorias.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between OpenBox Berlin GmbH (hereinafter "Seller") and consumers or businesses (hereinafter "Customer") for the delivery of goods through our online shop.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting the order the Customer makes a binding offer. The Seller confirms receipt by email. The contract is concluded upon dispatch confirmation.
All prices include statutory VAT of 19%, shown separately on the invoice. Accepted payment methods: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Payment is collected immediately upon completion of the order.
Shipping is carried out by DHL. Within Germany and Portugal delivery takes 1–3 business days after receipt of payment. For other EU countries 2–5 business days. Shipping is free of charge. Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment.
Open Box refers to Apple devices from certified logistics stock with externally damaged original packaging. The device itself is technically flawless, brand new and has never been activated. Each unit is individually tested and documented with its unique IMEI number.
Goods remain the property of the Seller until payment is received in full.
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Sie haben das Recht, diesen Vertrag binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen zu widerrufen.
Die Rücksendung ist nur möglich, wenn die Originalsiegel und Originalverpackung der OpenBox Berlin GmbH unversehrt sind.

Das Widerrufsrecht erlischt, wenn die Originalsiegel der Verpackung beschädigt oder entfernt wurden.
Tem o direito de rescindir este contrato no prazo de 14 dias sem indicar qualquer motivo.
A devolução só é possível se os selos originais e a embalagem da OpenBox Berlin GmbH estiverem intactos.

O direito de rescisão caduca se os selos originais da embalagem tiverem sido danificados ou removidos.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Return is only possible if the original seals and packaging of OpenBox Berlin GmbH are intact.
